Inheritance trilogy
editI've been noticing your edits to Inheritance trilogy related articles. Have you considered joining the WikiProject Inheritance Trilogy?--May the Force be with you! Shreshth91($ |-| ŗ 3 $ |-| ţ |-|) 18:00, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- I see you have decided to join. Thank you for joining the WPIT! The project seems to have become much more successful than I predicted. Hope to see you around. íslenska hurikein #12(samtal) 11:31, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
Your Question at the Help Desk

RfA
editI think you should withdraw this. You can do so at anytime.Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 01:04, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- I think you should continue to edit and just see how things go.. Showing a declaration of intent to become an admin is often seen poorly by others. you can study the past RfAs of course.Blnguyen | rant-line 02:57, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
(edit conflicted) Your request for adminship is very unlikely to succeed due to your low number of edits, which suggest that you may not know Wikipedia policies very well. Hence, I'd advise you to withdraw your request by removing it from the WP:RFA page, and/or indicating your withdrawal on your nomination page. Regards, Kimchi.sg 01:09, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
- Hmm... for now, my advice is, just continue to edit. You may take a look at the successful RfAs to see what the candidates have done. Kimchi.sg 02:30, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
Changing username
editHi. I would like to comment that using {{ucr}} is not for users who are not blocked, because simply listing yourself on Wikipedia:Changing username is sufficient. Happy editing! -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 05:28, 6 July 2006 (UTC)

editI have now been autoblocked by User:Naconkantari twice in a week. What have I done and how can i be rid of it?
- Well you personally haven't been autoblocked by anyone, your IP has. Details on the autoblocker can be found here, unless you can stop the people sharing your IP address from vandalising (or whatever they've been doing) then autoblocks will happen. --pgk(talk) 12:57, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

editHi, what's the problem? --JD[don't talk|email] 13:04, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- Well now it's nothing...someone got to my question at the Help Desk before you got here, as I asked at both. Sorry to waste your time.Teh tennisman 13:05, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- It's no problem at all. --JD[don't talk|email] 13:06, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- Of course, now that I say that, I have a question: Why don't the edit counters work for me? They just say "user either does not exist or has no edits". Teh tennisman 13:11, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
- Which one are you using; and are you sure you're typing your username properly? --JD[don't talk|email] 13:15, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

Boxboxing userboxes
editI put your userboxes injto a box. They weren't dis[;aying correctly in Firefox, screen resolution 1280x768. Check page history in FF to see the problem; I don't know if you have it with the AOL browser. Regards, ~ crazytales56297 -talk- 04:18, 30 July 2006 (UTC)

Articles
editFriend, let us not be silly about this. You have been in Wiki for some time, and must know as well as I di that articles about non-notable persons, which in encyclopedic terms I am afraid you are, do not survive in the encyclopedia. If I do not pick up on them, someone else will. Let's not fight.--Anthony.bradbury 23:34, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
- No, i just wanted that page to link to mine. I didnt know how to create a new page to link to my user page. If you can tell me how, thatd be nice.I never meant any offense in any way. Teh tennisman 23:35, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

- You want to make an article link to a userpage? That is highly discouraged. Userpage stuff should stay out of the articles. GeorgeMoney (talk) 23:48, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
- No, what I want to do is create a page that extends my userpage. see Crazytales56297's userpage to see what I mean. Teh tennisman 23:50, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

editi wondering if there is a template for future dates and times? If so, what would be the wiki-code for it/them? RockerballAustralia 01:44, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
- what do you mean by future dates and times? as in, when something is coming out? I foget the template, go to a page for an upcoming item to see what I think you mean, such as something coming in 2007 that we already know about. Teh tennisman 01:50, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

Your request for adminship
editHi there, Tennisman!
I noticed your RFA while on new pages patrol.
I think your intention and expressed sentiment are both noble and admirable. However, I feel I should probably tell you that there is little chance that your RFA will pass, but not for precisely the reasons you anticipate.
First of all, of your roughly 400 edits, none of them are admin-like tasks, like reverting vandalism - about 100 of them are editing your user page. As far as I can tell, you've never tagged something for deletion. Therefore, I'm puzzled as to why you want the admin tools. Perhaps reading WP:ADMIN will help you understand what adminship entails.
Your opposition is going to come from the fact that you display little or no knowledge of Wikipedia policy.
If you would like to be an admin, I strongly suggest you take part regularly in XfDs (WP:AFD, WP:TFD, WP:MFD, etc), help mediate (see WP:3O), and revert vandalism (watch Special:Recentchanges and join RC Patrol). That way, people will begin to trust you and will discover your (hopefully rather extensive) knowledge of Wiki policies.
As of right now, there's simply nothing to judge your knowledge of policy on. RfA !voters need to see you in action, doing admin-like tasks, before they feel safe supporting you.
If you need anything, please let me know. I hope to see you around soon! :) Srose (talk) 17:06, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Re: Admin
editHey Aaron! Let me start of by telling you that I wasn't the youngest admin. Ilyanep became an admin when they were 13 and crowned...errr... made a bureaucrat when they were 14. Sango123 and 1ne also became admins at an earlier age than mine. Secondly, I would recommend you reduce your sig length. It really takes up space in the edit window. And thirdly, best of luck in your endeavour, though I would advise you not to covet adminship. --May the Force be with you! Shreshth91 04:15, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

editThank you for your support...
Thank you ever so much, Teh tennisman, for your kind words and understanding in my time of need. I deeply appreciate your support, and I hope to be there for you, should you ever need help.
-Hello Teh tennisman, and thank you for your kind words and also for the rose. You're lucky to catch me while I'm online, because a lot of my daily schedule is now being taken with therapy sessions, and that will probably continue for some time. Because of that, I will be only partially active on Wikipedia for at least the near future. Thanks again.
- Thanks for the barnstar its really appreciated. I'm going to check on them tomorrow (I'm really busy at the moment and, though I wish I could, I don't have the time, no matter what I do.) Oh, how bad it grieves me! Say hi to Kyoko and E@L for me! Thanks! Randfan 22:42, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
