I just took a second look at the page you started. We need to work on the books listed at the bottom of the page. There are standard method of creating citations, and they are easy to make. Take a look at this article. To use the template, just click on the type of citation you want to use, in the window that opens, copy the template and paste it where it is needed, then replace the default information with your citation data, then delete the items that are unused.
