CVUA

Hi Vivianne, thank you for putting your name forward as a CVUA trainer, I appreciate your eagerness to help out in that arena. However, I've reviewed the contribution history of both this account, and your previous one, and I can see a total of 116 main space edits - unless there are other accounts that you haven't disclosed, I don't believe that you have enough experience to train others in counter vandalism yet. The nature of CVUA means that students interact with some deeply unpleasant people, and can get find themselves in difficult situations as a result; a depth of experience of dealing with such problems is therefore key to being able to support students.

Can I suggest that you withdraw your name from the list of trainers at this time, and focus on building up experience in the arena yourself before offering to train others? For context, when I started doing CVUA training, I had completed the CVUA course myself, and had made approximately 10,000 edits; I'm not suggesting that is a minimum, but it should give you an idea of what I'm talking about. I'd expect to see several months of solid experience, and enough contributions to have demonstrated a high level of experience and competency, before someone put themselves forward into that role.
