Your message
editThanks for your message. On the Emoticon's article I'm almost on automatic pilot when it comes to reverting, as it's under constant attack from anons. I think that in cases like that, a note on the Talk page is best (and an edit summary, of course) — there's no need to place a source in the article itself.
As for your other question: du must mir verzeihen, aber mein Deutsch ziemlich verschossen ist. If I read your question correctly, though (you wonder if you can use your English Wikipedia account to write and edit German Wikipedia articles?), then not yet; I believe that that will be possible in the near future, though. If I didn't understand the question, then my German has become rustier than I'd thought, and I'll have to start practising it. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 23:22, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- If you look at my signature you'll see the (or at least a) way to make text coloured; it's just the normal HTML coding. You can use words for the main colours, or the numerical code for more sophisticated shades. There are lots of places listing the colours and codes; here's one that I found.
- As for the Googol problem, I've left a message at Talk:Googol. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:10, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- By the way, when I edit other language Wikipedias, I usually add "en: User:Mel Etitis" to the edit summary, in case someone wants to contact me about the edit. --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 10:15, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
