Hi Win Zaw Oo. Please note that Template:Information is not the same thing as a non-free use rationale. There are some common elements between the two, but they aren't the same. For audio files like this you may use Template:Non-free use rationale, Template:Non-free use rationale 2, the combination of Template:Non-free audio data and Template:Non-free use rationale audio sample, or simply create your own rationale as explained in WP:FUR#Non-templates.
