Regarding your recent edits to Mao Zedong, I would suggest that you seek to establish consensus on the talk page with other editors before making radical revisions. Because this is a very contentious topic, it has historically be prone to mass rewrites, which lends itself easily to the emergence of edit wars. I would also recommend familiarizing yourself with the talk page history, and with core Wikipedia policies and guidelines such as WP:NPOV and WP:RS. Some of your ideas may have merit, but you'll run the risk of being reverted if you don't participate in a collegial, neutral manner. Best, Homunculus (duihua) 22:24, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
