Virna Cristine Dantes Dias (born 31 August 1971) is a Brazilian retired volleyball player. She represented Brazil at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. There, she claimed the bronze medal with the Women's National Team.[1]

Dias also competed at the 1999 FIVB World Cup in Japan,[2] the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, winning the bronze once again, and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.[1]
