- June 9 2009: Congratulations to the work of User:Nev1 and other editors, who have helped Maiden Castle, Dorset achieve GA status. Another great piece of writing to add to the growing numbers of WP: Dorset! I'm sure that over the coming months we will see many more join the ranks.
- June 1 2009: The Dorset coat of arms, which previously appeared on Template:WPDorset (to the left of the Dorset Portal), has been removed and is pending renewal.
