Original - A view of the clear blue water of Crater Lake.

Reason: I'm told that the most striking thing about the lake is the stillness of the water; a friend of mine described it as like looking into a pool of blue Jell-o. This image seems to capture that well. (According to the file information page some polarizing filters were used which may explain why the sky seems darker than normal.)

Weak oppose. I don't think it's over-processed at all; the colors are probably due to the polarizing filter.
