Original - Aerial image of destroyed homes in Punta Gorda, Florida following Hurricane Charley.

Reason: I believe this is one of the best available illustrations of the destruction resulting from tropical cyclones. Despite its relatively small size, it was recently promoted to FP over at Commons, where it received unanimous support.
