Five-lined Skink

Original - Eumeces fasciatus (here an adult with partly regrown tail pictured in parkland in Memphis, Tennessee), is a small to medium sized skink growing to about 12.5 centimres (4.9 in) to 21.5 centimetres (8.5 in) total length, and one of the most common lizards in the US, and one of only five lizard species occurring in Canada.

• I'd strike the in its natural range, there is a meshwire fence in the background and the animal is sitting on a sawed of piece of tree trunk. All man-made. --Dschwen 20:01, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
