A New York City fireman calls for 10 more rescue workers to make their way into the rubble of the World Trade Center in New York City.

Proposed replacement, without spots.

Reason

The current FP has a few sposts on it. The image has also been replaced at Commons. This alternative was also suggested in the original nomination, but for an unexplained, and seemingly unexplainable reason the one with the spots was promoted instead.
