- Comment - What would be the implications of also including List of NBA champions? I think it should be included (though it reveals a pretty high level of repetition with Walter A. Brown Trophy, can the latter not be turned into a good article a la Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy?) - rst20xx (talk) 12:13, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- "NBA champion" itself isn't really an award, so I don't see the reason of including it. In a similar note, the FT National Hockey League awards doesn't include List of Stanley Cup champions.—Chris! ct 19:09, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- But maybe that topic should include that list, too. I mean, look at all these articles - they're basically details of the award in question, and then a list of past winners. With the exception of Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy, where the list was broken off into its own article, List of NBA champions. So I think the list should be included. It's not an award, but it's a list of who won an award - rst20xx (talk) 21:26, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- I, presonally, don't think that we should include List of NBA champions. Walter A. Brown Trophy was created as a list, because it could not be created as an article. So just think of Walter A. Brown as an article, not a list. -- SRE.K.A
nnoyomous.L.24[c]- Alright, I've added List of NBA champions though I think Walter A. Brown Trophy should remain a FL.—Chris! ct 23:58, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
