Comment: I'm not sure I see the purpose of this or the below request. There are already 22 files in c:Category:Caesars Entertainment Corporation logos. At some point, I'm just not sure I see that there is a cumulative educational usefulness of having every possible variation on this logo. GMG ^talk 21:16, 15 January 2020 (UTC)

I agree with this, Wikipedia and the Commons aren't meant as places to show every version of a logo. I also don't see where this is going on in the article. – BrandonXLF (talk) 01:34, 16 January 2020 (UTC)

Description: 'Saqlain Mustafa' (aka 'Wim Walker') is a Musician/ DJ/ EDM Producer of Pakistan. His Real name is 'Saqlain Mustafa' and his 'Artist Name is "Wim Walker". He used this name because he wanted a unique name to build a Community. He started his Music Career from 'Youtube', and then his music was uploaded on many music marketing websites like 'Apple Music', 'Spotify', 'SoundCloud' and 'Amazon Music etc. All the links are given below. Airplanes are (mostly) not protected by copyright in the US because they are useful objects. Models like the one in the image are not useful for another purpose and are protected as sculptural works. The photographer has released their copyright into the public domain, but it's still non-free because it's a derivative work of a non-free work. See c:COM:TOYS for more information. The {{do not move to commons}} is redundant and should be replaced with something like {{non-free 3D art}}.

I am concerned about the rationale though, and I don't think it quite meets WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFC#CS or WP:FREER. --AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 02:21, 12 January 2020 (UTC)

I've updated the request to use {{Non-free 3D art}} -- I think it meets NFCC8/NFC-CS as it represents a configuration and relative size of a design that has been scrapped (thus no new content would be available to be created, and the design itself and its flight configuration would need illustrative material to adequately understand the relative size and setup of the rocket and platform. All content would be based on the underlying copyright of design models and schematics, of a design that was cancelled. -- 67.70.33.184 (talk) 02:55, 12 January 2020 (UTC)

To complicate things further, it appears that this image was created in the UK. The UK does have freedom of panorama for "sculptures, models for buildings and works of artistic craftsmanship (if permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public)." (c:COM:FOP UK). This looks like a temporary display, so that wouldn't count, and the image is still non-free. AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 02:27, 12 January 2020 (UTC)

Oppose - Both articles already have illustrations, and so this fails NFCC#1. In addition, the public domain marking on Flickr is not the same thing as a proactive public domain dedication. It must be supported by a rationale for why the image is in the public domain, which would require either a proactive public domain dedication beside the PD mark on Flickr, or would require some reason why the copyright has expired. Even if this image was public domain, it is derivative of a non-utilitarian model, and we would therefore need reason to believe that the model itself was freely licensed or public domain.
