Comment: I based my decision to upload the image on this image of Mack Brown. If having screenshots of people on TV shows is not allowed, there are many other instances out there as well.--NMajdan•talk21:42, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for pointing it out - I have nominated it for deletion, too. Consider this for understanding fair use - in general terms, you can use Bob's work for commenting on Bob himself or on the work itself. You cannot use Bob's work to comment on Jim. BigDT14:34, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Keep because I perused your contributions and could not find an upload of Christine Loh, unless it's on Commons. Please insert the new copyleft image into the article itself and I'd be happy to support a delete. Hbdragon8821:55, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Chicagoloverforever (notify | contribs). Original uploader provided no source information, simply stating 'Jason Moore' in the summary. Four days after source information was requested an anon IP removed the licence and unsourced tag, and added the text 'This is a private photo take by Dain Shaubert. He owns all rights.' As the original uploader is yet to provide source information I suggest that this image be deleted. JeremyA16:24, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Uploaded by Bluedog423 (notify | contribs). Fails "No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information" of fair use policy. Photographs of public places can be created easily and released under a free license. Punctured Bicycle20:23, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
