- Widely disputed among editors that the individuals in the photo are actually Vin Diesel and Britney Spears. Unsuitable for Wikipedia. Deiz talk 06:19, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
We must not delete said image, because it falls under wikipedia's free-image domain. If the photographer claims that it is them, then we must give the photographer the benefit of a doubt. Unless the said actor who the photo is of can deny otherwise —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.54.40.99 (talk) 07:16, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
- You're clearly not well-versed in WP image policy or practice. I'll leave it at that. Deiz talk 13:20, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

- According to the fair-use rationale, this image is "Is necessary to illustrate a particular point in the person’s career". However, it is being used in the article Scotland national football team with a caption of "Jim Baxter celebrates victory at Wembley". As this image is neither discussed nor referred to in the article in which it is used, and its rationale doesn't apply to its usage, it fails WP:NFCC#8. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 10:04, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

- Image is a copyrighted baseball card, quickly coming under the scrutiny of WP:NFCC#2. Sourced to eBay; no copyright information provided per WP:NFCC#10. Lacks rationale for how "its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding." (WP:NFCC#8) Subject is living, no explanation for WP:NFCC#1 exemption. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 10:10, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

- Cloud Gate is a copyrighted sculpture, and in the US freedom of panorama does not extend to sculptures (see Commons:Freedom of panorama for more details). We already have photos of Cloud Gate for which fair use claims have been made, so there is not really any need for another one. Jeremy (talk) 14:27, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

- Previously nom for deletion, not deleted, no reason as to keep. Violates NFCC#2 - promotional image of character replaceable with screencap which is less than entire work - publicity image is full image, and no proof image released for such use. Ejfetters 19:11, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
