- Fairly useless, unencylopedic image. Wikipedia is not an image hosting site. GrooveDog (talk) (Review) 01:08, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

- Delete per nom, unless an editor expresses interest in using the older, smaller image. — xDanielx T/C 04:26, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Comment - What happened to the TM in the SVG version? My first instinct is that this is a potentially dangerous omission, with trademark enforcement laws being what they are. --Pekaje 14:25, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- For the holder of the trademark, publishing it with the (tm) adds legal rights. But they have no reason to care if others reprint the logo without the (tm). – Quadell (talk) (random) 17:01, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
- orphaned image and would be redundant in article Janarius 01:59, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Keep for now. Not redundant, useful for userbox upgrade. Uploaded only 5 days ago. Resubmit if remains an orphan for 2-4 weeks. --Knulclunk 05:28, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - Userboxes are templates for use on user space pages, and as such may not have non-free images per WP:NFCC#9. Unless there is some exception for userboxes that I'm unfamiliar with, it is an orphaned non-free image, i.e. deletable after 7 days by WP:CSD#I5. --Pekaje 14:17, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

- Violates the following:
- 1. Wikipedia:Non-free content 3.6, No. 12. "Pictures of people still alive, groups still active, and buildings still standing; provided that taking a new free picture as a replacement (which is almost always considered possible) would serve the same encyclopedic purpose as the non-free image. However, for some retired or disbanded groups, or retired individuals whose notability rests in part on their earlier visual appearance, a new picture may not serve the same purpose as an image taken during their career."
- 2. Wikipedia:Non-free content 1. Policy, No. 9: Restrictions on location. Non-free content is only allowed in articles (not disambiguation pages), and only in the article namespace. Subject to exemptions. (To prevent an image category from displaying thumbnails, add to it; images are linked, not inlined, from talk pages when they are a topic of discussion.) - Orphaned and obsoleted by two more accurate SVGs on commons (Image:Alt plate.svg and Image:US 71.svg), which, when combined, recreate this image.- —Scott5114↗ 05:25, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

- The given fair use rationale fails to meet the demands of the license template used. It is simply not true that "No free alternative could be created to illustrate the topic in question", the Arctic Monkeys still exist and are a very active band. High on a tree 16:39, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

- This is obviously an official promo photo, which can be found elsewhere on the web in different versions, e.g. in this 1998 magazine article, on the Rolling Stone web site [1] or here. If the uploader is indeed the original photographer as he claims and still holds the rights, he needs to document it by a permissions email. High on a tree 21:54, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Orphaned and higher resolution image is on commons. Pascal.Tesson 22:11, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
Relisted from Aug 31. i could not verify uploader had been notified. Removed orphaned fair use tag from image. Image is under a free license. -Nv8200p talk 22:11, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
- Claims to be a self-taken image, yet the image lacks metadata and other specific information about where/when the image was taken. Almost all of the uploader's previous image uploads have been deleted due to reasons such as copyright violations, lacking source info, etc. according to the uploader's log. Nevertheless, image is also orphaned and is not even used in the encyclopedia.- –Dream out loud (talk) 19:17, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Have to assume Public Domain, as per WP:AGF. If we want to delete as orphaned, though, that is okay. --Knulclunk 21:20, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
- Well then we should just delete as orphaned. –Dream out loud (talk) 15:10, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
- So tagged. SkierRMH 05:32, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
- Tag as orphaned, then speedy if not used. Just standard procedure. — xDanielx T/C 00:14, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
- Subject is still alive, so it should be possible to obtain a free image. Image is also missing source information and has conflicting copyright tags. Pekaje 22:42, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
