- Not public domain, the license tag on the photo only applies to documents, not photos. Photos in the Philippines are copyrighted for 50 years after publication. Kelly hi! 00:51, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: keep. This has already been discussed here. Whether the keep decision was proper needs to be taken up at Wikipedia:Deletion review. -Nv8200p talk 14:52, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Can't use sheet music to identify single. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells • Otter chirps • HELP) 02:07, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- This was already decided as "keep" just a couple of weeks ago -- see Wikipedia:Images_and_media_for_deletion/2008_December_10#Image:WideOpenSpacesSongSheetMusic.jpg. Resubmitting it again so soon without additional arguments is abusive of deletion procedures. Wasted Time R (talk) 02:34, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Fudge. I need to keep track of these things. I still don't it's acceptable for sheet music to identify a single, and you were the only one to say that it was acceptable. I should note that other similar images have been deleted before for the same reason. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells • Otter chirps • HELP) 02:54, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Relisting so soon aside, this image is a.) NOT owned by the label, but rather by the unrelated Hal Leonard corporation, and b.) misrepresented as it is not an album cover and doesn't meet the criteria of {{Non-free album cover}}. I think it meets WP:CSD#I7. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters • (Broken clamshells • Otter chirps • HELP) 04:40, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- The article is about a recording and a song. Ownerships is split four ways: the record label owns some, the recording artist owns some, the songwriter owns some, and the song publisher owns some. In both this case and the single cover case, we are making fair use out of 1 of 4 of those ownership pieces. I still don't see the difference. Wasted Time R (talk) 04:47, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- And I don't see where the fair use rationale in the image file misrepresents anything. It says the owner is "the artist who created the cover(s) or the publisher of the book(s)." Which is true. Where does it say anything about album covers? Wasted Time R (talk) 04:52, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- I originally uploaded this image as a test about 9 months ago. It is low quality and orphaned so it is unlikely anyone would find use of it. Z00r (talk) 07:44, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Image is a fan-made poster, not a real poster for the film, and has been uploaded and previously deleted repeatedly for this reason. (That is, it's a HOAX). ThuranX (talk) 16:56, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- The image runs counter to the information here: Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics/copyright#Images which cannot be "fair use" and the underlying principle of not using material copied from existing encyclopedias and encyclopedia-like works. The image was created and used in such a context where originally published in Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe issue #5 published in July 1985.
