Wikipedia:Not The Wikipedia Weekly/Episode 28

Episode 28 There's an audio click type problem which runs for much of the recording, which I'm told may be an encoding issue, and may be solvable? - any help / expertise in fixing this would certainly be welcomed! (If you can make us sound smarter, that'd be good too............)
