I hereby request a re-review of the publication because I respectfully disagree with the decision of the last revision. The subject is an up and coming versatile personality that is changing the lives of so many in Ethiopian and globally. While followed by hundreds of thousands through his multicultural music; his pedagogical initiative is completely changing the landscape of early childhood education in a third world country-Ethiopia. His innovative way of presenting the ever complex Amharic alphabet in a fun and interactive manner to the younger generation and promoting learning is a phenomena like no other for the preservation of this ancient language.
His exemplary respect to the legacy of history and love to the African cause is to be celebrated.
Thank you in advance for the consideration to re review the publishing.

- @HAshagreY: Hi there. Wikipedia doesn't care about "up and coming" subjects, we care about notable, established subjects as defined by our General Notability Guideline. The article draft, in its present state reads like a desperate promo piece. Have you not read any quality articles? You might want to look at some Good Article-rated content so you have an idea of what the goal is. Sylvester (singer), Annie (singer), and Mina (Italian singer) are some examples. While you may think you're doing the article subject some benefit by opining about their passion and pride and "primary ojbjective in life", to rank-and-file Wikipedians, this sort of stuff just sounds like a PR department trying to make their subject sound more important, and experienced editors are not interested in seeing that. Also, if you have a conflict of interest--maybe you know the guy, maybe you work for the guy, maybe the guy rents a room in your apartment--whatever the case may be, you shouldn't be editing articles related to the subject, because people with conflicts of interest have difficulty writing objectively about subjects. Go figure. Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:08, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
Need your assistance to improve this draft and I have taken reference of basketball teams who have already a page example San_Diego_Guardians other team from American_Basketball_Association_(2000–present) having a published page, see complete team list.
Is it possible to guide me in completing this.

I'd thought to revive this, but now think it best to merge to either Janrain (which created it) or AboutUs.com (last acquirer). Not sure how best to do it. Hyperbolick (talk) 04:38, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
- Decided to go with Janrain, added merge tags. Hyperbolick (talk) 03:33, 21 September 2020 (UTC)

I got a reply from the reviwer that I needed to add more links unrelated to the subject to the article which I have done a couple of days ago. Could you please take a look at it and see if it is good to go now?
Karthik CL (talk) 06:41, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

I read about Mahaveer awards in a newspaper The Hindu. The link is https://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/chennai/vice-president-presents-mahaveer-awards/article25650274.ece Also details of the award are found in the Govt of Meghalaya website https://eastkhasihills.gov.in/event/bhagwan-mahaveer-foundation-award/ I want to include this in the draft I created on Mahaveer Awards. Can you kindly help
<!-- My documentation so far for my article about Prof Joseph Yanai is taken from peer-reviewed articles published in scientific journals and the number of times they have been cited by other scientists. I'm trying to figure out what other documentation would be acceptable. Press releases from Hebrew University? Would material from the university archives be acceptable to prove he has taught there and in other universities?-->

- @Feibush ben Nachum: Wikipedia is mainly interested in what independent sources have written about the subject, not what the subject wrote in somewhere, no matter if it is a scientific work or how often it has been cited by others. Victor Schmidt (talk) 13:31, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

I submitted a page for WPI Energy Solutions on August 30th but was declined due to my references. Since the page is about a privately owned company, how can I go about getting reliable secondary sources other then its website? Can I quote employees?
It also states that my article does not have a lead section. Why doesn't my overview section count as a lead section?
Thank you for the help!
- @Ckentstow: citing an employee will not help to establish notability in Wikipedia's sence of the word. When Wikipedians talk about lead sections, we usally mean one to two sentences that give you a fast overview over the topic of the article, notably xxx is a ... . If there are no reliable independent sources, we cant have an article. Victor Schmidt (talk) 14:54, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

I am confused why I am being flagged for copyright for my article in my Sandbox? I referenced material from the website that is about the topic. I was also flagged for citing a free online PDF of a report, even though the report from last year cited a similar free online PDF.
PanoramaGlobal (talk) 17:58, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
- @PanoramaGlobal: Yust because something is online available, it doesnt mean its out of copyright, in fact, most of the texts on the internet are copyrighted. I don't see any evidence that the three indicated sources are free of copyright, indeed, they all appear to be copyrighted. the pdf is somewhat an exemption to this, as it is not "all rights reserved", but licensed under this license, howewer this doesn't change anything because Wikipedia doesn't accept content released under NonCommercial creative commons licenses, even if it would be allowed by law. Please be advised that 99% of the texts that were not written spefically for Wikipedia are also unsiutable for Wikipedia, even if you could get the copyright stuff resolved. In this case, if the draft would not get deleted as a copyvio, it would be deleted as WP:PROMO as it currently fails the WP:NPOV-Policy in large parts. To sum this up, please write in your own words. I have created an article about CEK machines but I am not an expert in this topic and would like someone with more knowledge to continue writing the article who has more information. Thank you.
