Wikipedia:WikiProject Pakistan/Policies and guidelines
This is an essay on style. It contains the advice or opinions of one or more WikiProjects on how to format and present article content within their area of interest. This information is not a formal Wikipedia policy or guideline, as it has not been thoroughly vetted by the community. |
WikiProject Pakistan is in the process of developing a body of policies and guidelines to further our goal of creating better content for Pakistan-related articles.
Policies and guidelines on this page express standards that have community consensus, though to differing degrees: policies are considered a standard that all users should follow, whereas guidelines are more advisory in nature. Both need to be approached with common sense. A user who acts against the spirit of them may be reprimanded, even if technically no rule has been violated. Those who edit in good faith, are civil, seek consensus as per the official Wikipedia policies and guidelines, are always welcome here.
In no way, do the policies here render those stated in the actual Wikipedia policies, but further them only for the articles related to Pakistan. This page is expected to grow as matters are discussed on the main talk page for the project. All sought yield from consensuses would appear here on this page.
