American sports team stubs by state and sport

I propose creating:

along with individual stub tags for each state+DC (standard stub tag names for states), and categories where at least 60 stubs are present; and similar structures for individual sports (the intersection of the regional sport stubs cateogries and the top-level sports teams stubs categories would suggest that each of baseball, basketball and soccer would be viable on the regional level). עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 23:07, 26 February 2015 (UTC)

The former Ctenuchinae have been split with the recategorization of the Arctiidae and lower taxa. The former three tribes have been split into two subtribes and one tribe. Propose creating all three templates, and categories where enough articles can be found.

Split of Category:Spilomelinae stubs

Propose genus-level splits for the larger genera under Spilomelinae. This will not bring the Spilomelinae back under the 800 threshold, but will pull out about 45% of the articles. I intend to build permanent categories for these genera while I'm building the stub categories.:

Since the main culprit here is the constituencies, not the elections themselves, I'm switching all of these to constituencies. This will also allow the stub categories to align with permanent categories.
