What if we did the opposite of what we do now? Instead of having an RFA-like process to grant adminship, we could do it to remove adminship. Anyone who met some simple criteria and requested it would be given adminship. Then, if there were concerns of abuse of the tools, the discussion would center around de-adminship. The traditional objection to de-adminning processes are that they'd be too much work. This addresses this objection by eliminating most of the work we're currently doing at RFA and moving that effort over to RFDA.
