GT > FT

Currently the Wanderers F.C. topic is a GT with 3 out of 7 articles at featured status. However, one more of is currently at FA and looking good for promotion, which would push it over the 50% required to be a FT. Once that happens, should I just manually move it from WP:GT to WP:FT or is there a formal process which has to be followed?

Amazon-class frigates (1795)
editHi, I've been trying to nominate this group of 5 articles for Good Topic. I think I've done most of the work but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the talk page templates. I've added them to all five articles and presumably I am supposed to leave some sort of link to the nomination in the "leave comments" section but don't know how to do this.
