Another useless essay that derails productive dialogues
editOf course they are not a suicide pact (which should be "are not suicide pacts"). They are also not battleships, kung-fu lessons or black and white movies. If this is an analogy, it is not explained at all.
- Also people who display evidence of bad faith have been known to link to this essay when reminded of wikipedia policy, treating it as some kind of get out of jail free card. Without more context and explanation this essay doesn't stand up. MaxBrowne (talk) 06:43, 20 December 2016 (UTC)
