İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp (born in 1978 in Ankara) is a Turkish businesswoman and executive who has, since January 2014, held the position of chair of the board at Rönesans Holding.[1]

Between 2002 and 2006, İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp worked as a Financial Analyst at FNSS, and in 2006, she started working at Rönesans Holding, which her brother, Erman Ilıcak, established. As of January 2014, she has occupied the role of chair of the Board of Rönesans Holding.[2]

İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp, who has served as a board member in various Rönesans Holding companies, is also the chair of the supervisory board of Ballast Nedam,[3] a construction and engineering company based in the Netherlands.

In April 2024, İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp participated as a speaker at the Uludağ Economic Summit.[4] In October 2024, she joined the UNICEF Board of Directors.[5] Alongside UNICEF, she undertook initiatives to support children following the 2023 Kahramanmaraş Earthquake.[6]
