University Cup
editThe CIAU invited the champions of four conferences to play for the championship. The OIAA champion was admitted to the tournament for the first time. Montreal, the QOAA champion, declined to participate, as did all other teams that participated in the conference playoff. As a result, the CIAU did not invite a team from the QOAA.
