The 1973 Astor Cup – Doubles was an event of the 1974 Astor Cup men's tennis tournament that was played in Bologna in Italy from 11 February until 17 February 1974. Ken Rosewall and Fred Stolle were the defending doubles champions, but did not compete in this edition. Unseeded Ove Nils Bengtson and Björn Borg won the doubles title, defeating fourth-seeded Arthur Ashe and Roscoe Tanner in the final, 6–4, 5–7, 4–6, 7–6, 6–2.[1][2]
