The 1990 Waterford Senior Hurling Championship was the 90th staging of the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Waterford County Board in 1897.

Roanmore were the defending champions.[1]
Roanmore won the championship after a 3–13 to 2–06 defeat of Ballyduff Upper in the final.[2][3] This was their second championship title overall and a second title in succession.
