The 2008 Challenge Bell was a women's tennis tournament played on indoor carpet courts. It was the 16th edition of the Challenge Bell, and was part of the Tier III tournaments of the 2008 WTA Tour. It was held at the PEPS de l'Université Laval in Quebec City, Canada, from October 27 through November 2, 2008. First-seeded Nadia Petrova won the singles title.[2]
