The final was played on 20 November 2021 at Páirc Uí Rinn in Cork, between Ballygiblin and Dromtarriffe, in what was their first ever meeting in a final. Ballygiblin won the match by 2–18 to 0–18 to claim their first championship title.[1]
Séamus Harnedy was the championship's top scorer with 1–18.
