Veronika Kudermetova defeated Jessica Pegula in the final, 7–5, 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Toray Pan Pacific Open.[1]

Liudmila Samsonova was the defending champion,[2] but lost in the second round to Ekaterina Alexandrova.[3]

This was the final professional appearance of former world No. 30 Misaki Doi. She lost to Maria Sakkari in the second round.[4]
