The 2024–25 Wisconsin Badgers men's basketball team will represent the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Previous season
editThe Badgers finished the 2023–24 season 22–14, 11–9 in Big Ten play to finish in fifth place. They defeated Maryland, Northwestern, and Purdue to advance to the championship of the Big Ten tournament. There they lost to Illinois. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 5 seed in the South region. They were upset in the first round by James Madison.
