Aa maderoi is a species of orchid in the genus Aa.[2] It is native to Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela.[1] Its' common name is Madero's Aa.[3]

The flower size is 1 inch. It is a cold growing plant with 4 to 6 basal leaves that blooms in the spring on erect 70 centimeter long inflorescence with brown bracts and flowers at the apex.[3]
