Adriana Babeți (born November 12, 1949 in Oradea) is a Romanian literary critic, translator, novelist, essayist, and academic. She is an associate professor at the University of Bucharest and a teacher of comparative literature at the West University of Timișoara.[1]

Education
editBabeți graduated in 1972 from the Faculty of Philology of the University of Timișoara, and in 1996 was awarded a doctorate in comparative literature from the same university.[2]
