Alen MacWeeney (born 1939) is an American photographer. MacWeeney is known his photographs of itinerant Irish Travellers, made during a six-year period beginning in 1965.[1]
He is the author of the photo book Irish Travellers: Tinkers No More.[1][2][3] His work is included in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston,[4] the Museum of Modern Art, New York[5] and the Art Institute of Chicago.[6]
