Alexei Valerievich Pavlov OLY (Russian: Алексей Валерьевич Павлов; born November 4, 1974) is a Russian former competitive swimmer and current swimming coach. He is a participant of the Olympic Games and national record holder.[1]

Alexei Pavlov competed in the Swimming at the 2000 Summer Olympics – Men's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay. He finished the relay in the fourth stage with a result of 52.73, setting a national record.[2][3][4]
Alexei Pavlov is a 7-time champion of the Russian National Swimming Championships, as well as a participant of the FISU World University Games and FINA World Masters Championships.
Alexei Pavlov won the 1998 Russian National Swimming Championships in the 50 metre freestyle with a result of 23.39. A year later, at the same distance, he lost first place to Sergey Ashihmin, becoming second with a result of 23.17.
Now Alexei Pavlov trains his athletes as the head coach of the Tauras SC in Russia. Among his students one can note 3-time champion of the FISU World University Games and 6-time champion of the Russian National Swimming Championships Alexey Pavlov, finalist of the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships and national record holder Mikhail Povaliaev and 3-time silver medalist of the Russian Junior Swimming Championships Georgy Smirnov.
