Allahabad (Persian: اله اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Allahabad Rural District of Allahabad District of Zarach County, Yazd province, Iran.[4]

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 3,068 in 770 households, when it was in the former Zarach District of Yazd County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 4,626 people in 1,149 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 5,573 people in 1,443 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
In 2023, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Zarach County, and the rural district was transferred to the new Allahabad District.[4]
