Amanda Baric AM is an Australian anaesthesiologist.[1] She has been key to the Australian collaboration with Mongolia to develop training courses for anaesthesiologists[2][3] for which work, she was awarded the Order of the Polar Star of Mongolia. This work has also extended to Myanmar.[4]
She has been a key person in developing the website developinganaesthesia which promotes "the advancement of anaesthetic practice and to empower(s) anaesthetists in countries with limited resources",[5] and has contributed to that website with works on peri-operative anaesthesia,[6] and obstetric anaesthesia.[7]
