Economy

The agricultural industry of Anaocha LGA is thriving, with significant amounts of crops including cocoyam, yam, and cassava being farmed there. Another significant economic activity in the Anaocha LGA is the processing of wood. The locals also participate in fishing and commerce, and well-known markets like the Afor market in Agulu and the Nkwor market in Adazi-enu help to support the local government area's economy.[2]

Anaocha LGA's average temperature is thought to be 27.5°C, with a humidity of 79 percent. The region has two significant seasons: the dry season, which runs from November to March, and the rainy season, which lasts from April to October.[3]
