Anthea (‹See Tfd›Greek: Ἄνθεια), "blossom" in Greek, was an epithet of the Classical Greek goddess Hera, the goddess of marriage, women, and family, and the protector of women during childbirth. Anthea is used as a female given name in English.[1]
