Antonio Barchiesi Chávez (born 11 April 1990) is a Chilean lawyer, politician and Constitutional Council member. He has been described as a key agent inside Constitucional Council.[1]

In May 2023, after his election as Republican adviser, he stated that a welfare state is compatible with a subsidiary State,[2] namely, 'a small State with a strong social wing' in words of José Antonio Kast (2021).[3]
