Aristaea onychota is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Nigeria, Réunion,[2] São Tomé and Príncipe, South Africa and Zambia.[3]

The larvae feed on Lantana camara, Lantana rugosa, Lippia asperifolia and Lippia javanica.[3] They mine the leaves of their host plant.
