Arthur J. Willis was an American college football coach. He served as the head football coach at Prairie View Normal and Industrial College—now known as Prairie View A&M University—in Prairie View, Texas in 1929. Willis was the director of physical education and assistant coach at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee the previous year. He was previously been head coach at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, Langston University in Langston, Oklahoma.[1] In 1924, Willis was the head football coach at Western University in Kansas.[2]
