Arthur R. Paulsen (December 12, 1916 – October 12, 2010) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member for the 28th district of the Washington House of Representatives.[1]

editPaulsen was born in Tacoma, Washington. He attended the University of Washington.[2]
Paulsen served in the Washington House of Representatives[1] from 1947 to 1953.
Paulsen died on October 12, 2010,[3] at the age of 94.
