editThe fight was originally scheduled for 1 June, but an injury to Beterbiev forced him to withdraw from the fight on 3 May.[2][3][4]
Fight details
editWith scores of 114–114, 115–113 and 116–112, Beterbiev would win by majority decision and became the division's first undisputed champion since 2002, and the first ever in the four-belt era.[5][6]
Aftermath
editSpeaking afterwards Beterbiev said "I feel not bad. I did not good today. I wanted to box with more quality."[7]
