Baba Arab (Persian: باباعرب)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Alaviyeh Rural District of Kordian District, Jahrom County, Fars province, Iran.[4]

editAt the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,238 in 537 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,992 people in 551 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,208 people in 715 households.[2]
