Babelan is a town and an administrative district (kecamatan) of Bekasi Regency, in West Java, Indonesia. The district covers an area of 63.60 km2, and had a population of 209,564 at the 2010 Census and 270,050 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2022 was 251,613, comprising 127,258 males and 124,355 females,[1] but the mid 2023 estimate was 286,700. The administrative centre is located at Babelan Kota, and the district is sub-divided into two towns (kelurahan) - Bahagia and Kebalen - and seven villages (desa), all sharing the postcode 17610, as listed below with their areas and their populations as at mid 2022.
