Baburam M.Com (6 October 1934 – 16 December 2015)[1] was an Indian politician from Uttar Pradesh who served as the Minister of Food & Civil Supplies under Mayawati from 2002 to 2003. He had served as the Minister of Small Scale Industry under Kalyan Singh, Ram Prakash Gupta, Rajnath Singh from 1997 to 2002. He had represented Orai Assembly constituency in Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly twice 1996-2007 & 1991–93. He had also been the member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council from 2009 to 2015.[2]
