Lochristi (Dutch pronunciation: [loːˈkrɪsti]) is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality is composed of the towns of Beervelde [nl], Lochristi proper, Zaffelare [nl] and Zeveneken [nl]. As of 2021, Lochristi had a total population of 22,621. The total area is 60.34 km2 (23.30 sq mi).[2]
